One Of The Most Common Things I Hear From Clients...

Has your sleep been all over the place?

Do you struggle to fall asleep?

Maybe you fall asleep alright, but then wake up feeling completely drained and like you just tossed and turned all night?


So many of my clients struggle with sleep because it's one of the first things that goes when you are out of true balance in your mind, body, or spirit.


And we all know, when your sleep is off, your whole being struggles to operate at its best and feel good. So its really important to note that if you’re sleep is off, you do not want to just pop some sleep meds or just saying “F*$! it”, I’m just gonna be exhausted until this stressful thing at work or whatever it may be ends'“. Instead, you want to pause and listen because that it’s your body’s way of telling you in needs to be brought back into true balance.


Now before I get into true balance more, let’s talk through why good sleep is not the thing to skimp on and why poor sleep needs to be resolved.


1.Sleep is the time that your brain cleanses itself of pollutants and eliminates harmful toxins that accumulate from the environment, stress, and trauma that we undergo through life. If you aren’t sleeping, you brain can’t do that and you can experience various physical and mental disruptions in your life now and later.


2.Sleep is the that your lymphatic and nervous system are detoxing. Now your lymphatic system makes sure that everything you’ve put in your body like your food and drinks gets thoroughly digested and moved through the cells of your body. If the lymph system gets congested from poor sleep you can get acne, digestive illnesses, and even longer term sicknesses.


3. Your nervous system is the network of electrical signals that run through your body and are talking to your brain all day every day. You brain and nervous system are constantly communicating and if you are sleep deprived, your nervous system gets out of whack, which causes your brain to feel out of whack. Thats when you get anxious, brain fog, and lethargy.

Ok so basically sleep is really really important.


But you might be asking, “what does sleep have to do with true balance?”


Well, you can probably see at this point that when your sleep is off, you’re not going to feel like yourself. And not feeling like the real you is what is means to be living out of true balance in your mind, body, and spirit.


We want to bring you back to balance because that’s when you start feeling calm in your mind, strong in your body, and at ease in your energy.


True balance is something that you can start building within you right now - your being already knows what true balance feels like for you, so it’s about using the proper tools and practices to get you back there so you can stop living wired and tired and embracing thriving in ease and flow personally and professionally.
