Retreat Cancelation Policy:

 

The Embrace Your Essence Retreats cancelation policy is firm. Please be sure you are  ready to commit before making your payment! 

 

Be sure to contact the Retreat Coordinator directly about your travel plans before making your retreat travel arrangements.

Once you make your deposit payment, you are fully committed to the remaining investment of the retreat.

Payment plans are only applicable if discussed with Parinaz directly. 

 

Cancelation beyond 30 days: we would be more than happy to apply your retreat investment towards a future retreat or online program should your plans change.  We do not offer cash/credit refunds.

 

Cancelation within 30 days: no refund will be given. This is due to the customized nature of these retreats and the responsibility we have to the retreat venue. Thank you for understanding.
