I began meditating 5 years ago. I didn't seek it out, meditation seemed to find me when I discovered a meditation workshop happening in L.A. while I was visiting.
Today, as a Spiritual Life Coach and Meditation Facilitator, I seek to support men & women in cultivating a relationship with meditation that evolves your quality of life.
