I began meditating and practicing yoga consistently 5 years ago. I didn't seek it out, they seemed to find me when I discovered a meditation workshop happening in L.A. while I was visiting.
Today, as a Spiritual Mentor and Meditation Facilitator, I seek to support men & women in cultivating a relationship with meditation that evolves your quality of life.
Whether it's day 1 or 100 of meditation and yoga for you, this workshop will help you.
