The yoga and somatic sequences offered seamlessly integrate mindfulness into physical movement to establish a healthy relationship between your mind and body.
This yoga is accessible to all levels and is meant to improve circulation, gut health, and mobility. These directly influence the longevity of your bones & joints and significantly reduce inflammation and chronic pain.
The yoga Parinaz offers utilizes specific somatic sequences to help reset your nervous system, which is important in the trauma healing process, to regain confidence and calm in your relationships, and establish clarity around your next steps in life....
You cannot move forward in life until your mind, body, and nervous system are all functioning from a place of balance and harmony.
As a life-long athlete and exercise-junkie, Parinaz has a passion for helping people recognize their inner strength through mindful movement.

Parinaz is trained by Dr. Amanda Webster and Shadow Yoga & somatic expert Dr. Scott Blossom.
